If our client had not instructed Aherne Air Conditioning to carry out the maintenance, then it is highly likely that the pump would have failed at some stage over the winter.

It may have failed on a Sunday evening in late December probably Christmas resulting in a call out fee and, as no suppliers are open on a Sunday, the client would have to endure a cold night before having it fixed on the Monday. I know this is a worst case scenario but hey as the saying goes, prevention is better than cure and, in a lot of cases it is usually cheaper.
